Google Nest Community

I am always having an Offline error with my thermostat only. the google doorbell and camera works just fine. All are connected on the same wifi. Is there a setting that i have checked wrong or is this a common issue

I cant adjust the thermostat until I get home. It usually works when I get home but what is the purpose if I am home. I can go to the thermostat and make the changes. All of my other stuff works, my door bell and camera. Please help with a solution t...
