Looks like things have changed and I am able to get IPv6 and properly route out. Currently showing 10/10 on test-ipv6.com now, although earlier in the day some tests were failing.

nothing has been done so far, i have the service enabled and i am receiving an ipv6 address but the devices are not receiving the ipv6 default gateway. what can we do to troubleshoot the issue?

It's not an Arris problem because any other device vendor works just fine.
