Chromecast with Google tv 4k dosen't lower volume on tv when Google Assistant is listening

Hi i change my Chromecast Ultra 4k to a new Chromecast with Google Tv 4k. But after i change Google wont lower the volume on tv while listening. Why is that? Its extremely annoying is there any way to change that
