I replaced my batteries with regular energizer AAA and it worked. The batteries it came with are rechargeable but they sat in the box for 6 months or so - so I think that was the issue. I just don't know if I need to charge the ones that came with it...

I was able to get it resolved. My setup would stall out at the point where I selected the wiring and the Home App would say it was connecting to the thermostat (to finish) but nothing would happen to complete the installation. I tried redoing it many...
