Hi. I have got already new Google Streamer 4K device. And YouTube
working with microstuttering. I was open admin statistics and see that
there is lot of droped frames like 2000 from 13000 frames. Codec is av1.

If you will choose your TV resolution with 50hz. Youtube will drop the
frames 200 from 1000 in 30/60 fps videos . Absolutely unacceptable.
Google chromecast with google TV 4K don't have thus issues.
