Changing the battery also doesn’t help. I’m throwing mine in the trash and going back to a cheap lcd screen Honeywell thermostat that I know works

I just ordered 2 new batteries from eBay that I will swap out next week. Maybe that will help. Otherwise I need 2 new thermostats.

At least now with this heat wave, having the AC on all the time is recharging my thermostat batteries..

Take it off the wall and make sure you give it a good charge before using it. The AC or Heat might need to run for it to recharge the battery after that depending on your wiring setup.

Has anyone here tried replacing the battery?
