Nest learning and Nest E won’t assist each other

I’ve seen some related posts but can’t find my answer to this specific issue. I have two Nest therms…Nest Learning and Nest E. On its own, it will connect to the app but when I try to install second one to the app, the other therm won’t assist. I’ve ...
