I’ve seen some related posts but can’t find my answer to this specific issue. I have two Nest therms…Nest Learning and Nest E. On its own, it will connect to the app but when I try to install second one to the app, the other therm won’t assist. I’ve tried both ways. Internet connects but it’s just the app it won’t connect to. Again, on its own it connects fine, either the Nest E on its own or Nest Learning, just second one will not install due to failed assist.
