Google Nest Community

This is unfortunately not helpful as we are all trying to use the Nest app, not the Google Home app. It also wasn’t a matter of missing notifications, but all event recordings in the app were gone. Fixed now hopefully for good

It looks like they are fixing it. I now have my event history and clips but doorbell notifications are still not coming through. One thing that a time I guess

What Nest Aware plan do you have?

Sounds like a similar issue as the rest of us then. Hoping it’s just a glitch oh, I was trying to ask the OP since he has multiple devices but only one is broken.

Strange that you only have this issue for one. Do you have the older or newer Nest Aware plan?
