LG colombia Support sucks, they have just told me that LG TV'S are not compatible with google assistant

i've read in some solutions about changing regional settings has solved the problem, have you tried this?

Hi, still dealing with the issue, i'm trying to reach LG support in order to get backup form both specialist. i will let you know if something comes up

Hi Garret, I don't think that it sounds like an issue with the device, the device works pretty well, and i can control it frome de LG app (ThinQ), it looks like the issue is related to the google/Lg apps interface
