My nest turn orange, then it says heat stage 2. the heat does not come on. Single stage furnace

Here is what the wiring looks like its a nest version 3Furnace is only a few years oldYesterday it didn’t come on in the morning when set to 68 and the home was 58. Then after hours in the afternoon it just randomly came on

Actually correction the old furnace was a single stage and the new one (2 years old) is a carrier 2 stage. So maybe the wiring is off?
