Just submitted the form again.

Yes, I completed it yesterday. I’ll try again today. 

I performed a factory reset about two weeks ago, ensured the nest protect was properly connected to my WiFi, and it did not resolve the issue.

My nest protect sounded the smoke alarm on Friday while I was present in the home and I did not receive a notification.

I have the same issue and have not been able to resolve it after hours of troubleshooting. I've tried everything recommended. Thank you for re-opening this issue. There are two other threads for this marked as "resolved" when people are clearly sayin...
