When setting up WAN settings, I'm unable to select the PPPOE option. It
defaults to DHCP.It says the modem must be offline and pulsing AMBER to
do so.I unplugged the Ethernet cable, stopped and restarted the modem
but it never goes to an AMBER pulse ...
