I cannot access the back of the doorbell for the six digit code. I also
do not have the serial number. I ordered this product directly from
Nest. How can I get help?
The person who installed it did so as the house was built. It is not
attached to a wall plate, but part of the house. Isn't there a way for
Nest to know which one they sold me? If there was a warranty thing I
would have filled that out.
