W5 Error - No response from Support

Hi, New member. Can anyone please advise. I have a Nest Learning Thermostat 3 which I have had for around 18 months. I am getting a W5 error and it is not connecting to any network, despite all the trouble shooting. I am trying to reach out tu spport...
