W5 Error - No response from Support

Hi,

 

New member. Can anyone please advise.

 

I have a Nest Learning Thermostat 3 which I have had for around 18 months. I am getting a W5 error and it is not connecting to any network, despite all the trouble shooting. 

 

I am trying to reach out tu spport but get no help at all - I have emailed, tried live chat/calls etc, but still not able to get any help (live chat / call say call back in working hours, no matter what time of the day I try). 

 

Any advice at all?
