Bought a Nest Hub and it came with zh-tw instead of en-us. How can I fix?

I bought a new 2nd gen in a store when I installed, it works perfectly but has main language set to zh-tw. I bought it in the US but threw away the receipt so can’t return. How can it be updated to set to en -us locale?
