This doesn't help with customer support / warranty....This is basically a $300+ camera that fails within a couple of years?Are you protecting Google for creating poorly made / designed products???

So it's the Nest IQ outdoor camera that does not work.I just tested it with a brand new cable my wife's coworker had in storage.I even tried it on 3 different working outlets to make sure it wasn't my electrical. Can someone please advise?
