I followed all the support steps to no avail and opened up a case 2 days
ago but the ticket is still being created? How long does it take to get
some support?
I received the replacement today and other than having to charge it up
with the micro usb, it's all good! It found my network and I was able to
set it up on the Nest app! Life is good!
I was able to get through support chat, after trying unsuccessfully
using the calling option (auto attendant didn't recognize me pressing
1). Because my thermostat has a w5 error message it's being replaced. A
new one will be shipped and upon receivi...
