Nest Connect won't connect to WiFi

I have installed a Yale Lock with Nest Connect. Nest connect will not connect to WiFi. It is pluged in and inches from my Eero booster, (which I temp. put on 2.4GHz), I have done 3 factory resets on it, I have never had a problem setting up any other...
