How many customers were affected? Thousands? Prove it! It would be a
shame if someone were involved in foul play. Get their rocks off that
way before they go back to a miserable life again.
If that's the case, mine is the only one; I am aware it's not responding
and a waste of money to start with. I'll contact a friend tomorrow. He's
way across town. His works just fine.
