I believe there is currently a global issue with Chromecast Audio and
Chromecast gen2 devices showing as offline. Don't be tempted to reset

I have the same issue and my music service is Deezer. My parents also
have the same problem with Apple music as their music service. YouTube
music will still play on CCA, as will radio. I hope this isn't Google
dropping support for the CCA.
