Yes, that pretty much summarizes it.Just one thing on #10. In my case
both Chromecasts received the fixed after I turned them off and on
without waiting more than 10 secs.
Actually, at least in my case, the fix is received when you turn the
chromecast on.I had them on for since yesterday and nothing. They both
were updated AFTER I turned them off and on again.
Hay otro post a bajo en ingles, pero te lo pongo igualmente.Como
workaround temporal puedes cambiar la fecha de tu telefono a antes del 9
de marzo (el 8 por ejemplo) y luego configurar el Chromecast.Lo hice y
funciono: El chromecast ya esta de nuevo ...
