Yes, change date in mobile where you have Google home app and do the initial setup process.Note: Date should be before Mar 8th

Change mobile to back date. i.e. before Mar 9th and try to reconnect with Google home app.This will work for both with factory reset and without.

Solved: if you have already done factory reset.I was able to update latest firmware by changing mobile date time prior to Mar 9 and tried to setup again using Home app from mobile. It was able to identify latest update and installed automatically
