I had a nest hello for two winters in Montreal and it worked well. I
just moved and bought this new "improved" version to find that it just
doesn't work in Canada's weather..
Same issue in Montreal. It's not even cold at about 0c.. btw, the
community managers' job is to protect Google. They are not our friends.
We have competing objective and in this instance they are stalling us.
