I have recently installed the doorbell but I can’t clearly hear the person speaking at the door - it crackles as if the connection is unstable. Is there a fix for this? thanks

Hi Brad, I don’t subscribe to a plan at the moment but probably would need to do so with the camera if I keep it, as 3 hrs is pretty uselessRegardsMaria

Thank you for alerting me to this. It’s deceptive because even the salesman who sold me the Nest Cam told me it was 3hrs in total - not 3 hrs in the past!
