My Nest Thermostat is asking for a PIN which i don't have

Hello experts,I need some help on how i can reset my Thermostat. When i pressed it for 10 seconds and when the thermostat restarts, it's asking for a PIN which i don't have. I am stuck now and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
