Insert usb cable into heat link and connect to wall charger. If it
powers up, your heat link is dead. To be more specific, the diode on the
PCB is gone. Seek a replacement after the test. Contact Google.
I'm sure that if you have Google One service then you could use instant
expert chat function. I have no clue how to contact them in other way. I
guess they will have some generic support@ inbox that you could try.
Welcome to 2022! As it seems, we still have no answer from Google on
what are the next steps for people stuck with 3+ Nest Protect devices
that are no longer in compliance with the new regulations. Hard to say,
