QR not read by iPad Pro

Very frustrating, my iPad Pro and iPhone 15 do not read QR codes on my 2 cameras and 1 doorbell camers. Any K.I.S.S. Level help is appreciated! is there a way to email Nest a picture of the QR codes for solving my issue?
