Google nest gen1 wont connect to wifi but connect to mobile hotspot

I bought this google nest mini recently and i havent figure out to set up properly. When it comes to connecting to wifi it always fail, but when im connecting it to mobile hotspot everything’s working fine. What do i need to do here?
