Wires simply do not match. Would post a picture, but don’t see a way to do so.

Thanks so much for responding! Nest support with pictures was required to find out where the two wires went. They simply weren’t outlined anywhere.

Thanks! I’ll lookup how to do that. I was able to contact Nest support, and they were able to tell me where the 2 mystery wires went.Thanks for taking the time to respond.
