Google Nest Community

First, thank you for the kind reply on making sure I was logged in. Now I see the image button! Now to the important stuff, will this system work?  

You would think on a Google Pixel phone accessing the Google nest community page thru Google Chrome... I would have the supposed camera icon to upload pictures. Sorry to be a newb, help a sister out. 
