In my humble opinion programming this has to be quite simple: IF source = doorbell, THEN chime volume on Nest Mini AND/OR Nest Audio = setting: 90%. Or something like this 

Same wish here. Dedicated preset of volume when doorbell battery rings. Feels like a missing basic feature.
