I have tried repeated to reset my google nest to factory settings in
order to get it to reboot. Always hangs up on g logo. I understand this
is a known issue and would like information on replacement.
Looks like so many are having this same issue. Is there a replacement
plan or solution to this issue? If not, please let us know so we can
purchase a new device that works. With this kind of support, you can be
sure it won't be a Google product.
