Don't know what is happening but I went from super reliable connection to being shown I'm connected but unable to access websites or get any apps to load on my phone. Doesn't matter if I'm right beside the router or at the furthest point of the house...

Thanks for the advice. However, when I went in to settings the IPv6 wasn't enabled so the issue has been happening without that on. Is there anything else it could be or I could try?

I downloaded the Nest app on the 2nd phone and because that user was linked into the Google Home as a family member they had full access on the Nest app as well.
