Nest Wifi - Connected with Internet but cannot access any websites

Don't know what is happening but I went from super reliable connection to being shown I'm connected but unable to access websites or get any apps to load on my phone. Doesn't matter if I'm right beside the router or at the furthest point of the house away it's just not working.

Anyone else have this where it is saying connected and isn't saying "no internet" but it's acting like there is no internet?

Even a speed test shows good speeds but then try to access an app or website and it couldn't be more opposite to good speed.

Headwrecking!!

Try to disable IPv6, report back if that helps. 🙂

There seems to be problems with IPv6 in current firmware version, I hope this will be fixed in a future firmware update ASAP (but I don't know if or when).

Thanks for the advice.

However, when I went in to settings the IPv6 wasn't enabled so the issue has been happening without that on.

Is there anything else it could be or I could try?

Try to enable IPv6 then, I've seen earlier that just toggling it can help.

You could also try to disable "Nest Cloud Services" then enable it again.

I'd also try to set a custom DNS, Cloudflare for instance:

Worst case I'd try a factory reset of your whole Nest Wifi network ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ) then try to set up from scratch ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en ) but reusing your network name (SSID) and password so your devices reconnect automagically.
