After finally upgrading from gen 1 Nest. The new gen 4 Neat thermostat
is short cycling. I currently have the wires as followed red(rh),
white(w1), yellow(y1), blue(g) wires. When the blue is on (c) where it
should be the HVAC does not turn on at all...
