Well they wrote an update in Their post about work and effort They are putting now to resolve the problem, BUT STILL it's a shame and a slap shot for Us.

@GoogleNestTeam we are still wating for Your participation. You have to fix this problem. Do not be indifferent. People are wating for You actions!

Well I believe it's not AFR problem but h.264 decoding issue.

@GoogleNestTeam it's not funny at all.It's been a while since the first person here wrote his problem.Most of them have issue with h.264 codec. It's practically useless now to use this stick. Cmon!
