I returned mine and got a new one, which is luckily working fine (fingers crossed)  very disappointed with the quality of Google's value.

Thank you for updating us, But for me, it is still not working. May be it needs another factory reset but I'm dreading to do that :(. Lets see if Google responds with additional steps for us.

Thank you Gabriela, I will certainly give feedback on the Google Home app. Currently, it looks very dated.Also, would like to get some resolution on our issue here with the 4th Gen Nest Thermostat.Thank you
