Chromecast is not working i a specifik situation

My Chromecast works on all channels in my streaming app (YouSee), except German tv channel ARD.I can watch ARD on my phone and computer through YouSeeI have restarted the TV, Chromecast, the yousee play app and WiFi. And the problem is not solved
