Chromecast is not working i a specifik situation

My Chromecast works on all channels in my streaming app (YouSee), except German tv channel  ARD.

I can watch ARD on my phone and computer through YouSee

I have restarted the TV, Chromecast, the yousee play app and WiFi. And the problem is not solved

Before I begin troubleshooting, please provide the following information:

  • Which Chromecast model do you have? You can consult this Google Help Center article to identify your device: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications
  • Is the YouSee app up to date?
  • Have you been able to stream German TV channel ARD through the YouSee app on your Chromecast before?
  • Could you please describe what happens when you try to stream the German TV channel ARD through the YouSee app?
  • In which country are you located?
  • How far from the router is your Chromecast with Google TV?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your environment, such as a change in Wi-Fi network or recent outages?
