Hi @Adwissler!

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering an "Only owners can unlink" error when trying to unlink your Roku service, especially since you are an owner. I'm happy to help you!

Just to be sure, is this the way you tried to unlink your Roku service from the Google Home app?

  1. Make sure your devices are powered on.
  2. Open the Google Home app.
  3. Tap Settings, and then “Works with Google Home.”
  4. Under Linked services, tap the devices you want to disconnect, then select “Unlink account.”
  5. Tap Unlink to confirm your choice.

When you unlink a device from a home:

  • It disconnects the device for all members of the home.
  • It unlinks the device from your Google Account.

If this is the way you tried and it didn't work, here are some additional steps you can try:

  1. Go to your Google Account: Open your web browser and visit myaccount.google.com. Sign in if you're not already.
  2. Find "Security": On the left side, click Security.
  3. Look for "Third-party apps": Scroll down to find "Your connections to third-party apps & services" and click
  4. "See all connections" or "Manage third-party access."
  5. Remove access: You'll see a list of apps. Click on the one you want to remove, then click "Remove access" or "Delete all connections..." Confirm when asked.

Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.

Best regards,
Geremi

Dear GeremiG,

I tried to do the top steps.  It doesn't work.  I'm not sure if the bottom steps work either, but if they do, I will let you know.

Once again, thank you very much.
