This is such BS. How could they fail to provide a proper fix for an
issue that just started recently and affects hundreds (here) and likely
many more customers? This is a big time customer service failure on
Google’s part.
Seems like they inadvertently/intentionally gimped this generation of
the product and are refusing to acknowledge that a software update is
required to fix this issue. As for a class action suit to force their
hand, I’d sign on for sure.
