I need to exchange my camera. Tried the warranty checker. Camera still
under warranty, but website won’t load page to return/exchange. Just
keeps saying page doesn’t exist.
Yes. Tried that. But the link to exchange the camera under warranty was
a broken page. It’s all sorted now, I had to do a web chat with customer
services for 45 mins to get them to accept an exchange and send me the
links to process the exchange.
