visible for me and the hub is working as desired. So changing the Hub to
different room (ground floor in my case) did the trick for me. I don't
need to change (language) settings...

had to reboot my router and phone, but as expected no result. Now I had
to change all my phone settings to English (while I am Dutch...). And
the devices are visible in the Home ...
