Can’t setup child profile on google TV

I’ve been using chromecast with google tv for years, have multiple of the same device but now can’t add a child profile without failing at the finalising stage.Spent hours trying to get no where. Can anyone help?

I can confirm it’s now working and I did not need to reset the device

This is driving me mad! They sent an email to say it’s fixed, problem is still the same. Been like this for the past week
