3rd gen wired doorbell won’t ring inside

Doorbell is hooked up, new doorbell chime installed, Nest doorbell is online and visible in Google Home app, shows all notifications, rings outside. We cannot get it to ring inside. Followed the install and setup tutorials. Help!

connect devices

Devices won't automatically connect to the 2.4 ghz, and I can't find any way to manually do this. I have some devices only compatible with 2.4.
