I'm missing out on saving so many memories because my Nest Camera can't
properly download the clip. It's very sad that downloading clips is
broken—isn't that the main purpose of these cameras?
I contacted support with Case ID 0-############2255 and they were not
able to help. They said the Home app doesn't support downloading clips
around 5 minutes in length and that there was nothing I could do.
