Nest stopped cooling

My Nest has stopped operating the thermostat. The display says it's not getting power but both the Rc and Rh wires are connected securely.

Hi. I didn't see a response but I figured out the problem. The condensation had filled my drip tray, so the power to the thermostat shut off as a safety measure. I emptied the drip tray and flushed a clog and it works fine. Thanks,Susanna
