Hi - just had a refurbished Nest thermostat installed. Heating works but
I can’t get it connected to WiFi. Troubleshooting says to do a factory
reset but the settings and other functions are grayed out. Am I out of
luck?
Hi Melba - I’m not getting an error code. When I go to settings it shows
“network disconnected.” My network is fully functioning. Google Home on
my phone can’t find the thermostat. It’s apparently defective.
